Congrats to BSidesSF for TEN years of their non-profit work in Information Security. Their annual conference at the Metreon aims to advance the conversation around cyber security with open forum discussions and presentations around the “next big thing.”
Nybll provided all catering for BSidesSF’s 2,000 attendees this year; including breakfast and lunch each day along with the big opening night party that was sponsored by AirBnb. Since it was a San Francisco theme, Nybll set up stations representing four iconic corners of the city.
The North Beach station represented SF’s Little Italy with an Antipasto Bar that included Mini Polenta and Meatball Bites, Cured Antipasto Bites, Bruschetta, Caprese Skewers, Melon + Proscuitto and Tiramisu.
The Fisherman’s Wharf station brought all things seafood. Guests enjoyed Mini Clam Chowder in Bread Bowls, a Spicy Crab Boil, Crab Cakes + Remoulade, and Alcatraz Deviled Eggs with Smoked Salmon.
Over in The Mission, we hosted a Taco Bar complete with Valencia Street Chicken, Vegan Chorizo and all the fixings. And for dessert? Chocolate Drizzled Churros!
And finally, the Chinatown Dim Sum Bar with Dumplings galore, Pork Buns, Vegetable Garlic Noodles, Fried Rice and finishing with Coconut Rice Pudding with Mango for dessert.
