Taste of the Rams 2019 was held at Universal Studios Hollywood to support the LA Food Bank just in time for the holidays. Chef Kristen Thibeault was a featured chef at the event- bringing the only vegan dish of the evening. Chef presented the dish that won her the 2013 San Pellegrino Almost Famous Chef award, Crispy Vegan Sweetbread and Wild Mushroom Ragout on Celeriac Puree.
With Nybll’s HQ in the Bay Area, the center of world innovation, JASON students from VA and TX made a stop to our office & kitchen during their tour of the Bay to see how food, the oldest necessity of humankind, has its place in the realm of technology.

Thanksgiving is nearly upon us, and if you’re anything like me you’re looking forward to a particular dish reserved for this time of year that, in addition to being delicious, carries with it fond memories of family traditions and being together with loved ones. Professional chefs are no different from us in that respect, and though they’ve sharpened their cooking skills over the years, they too have dishes near and dear to their hearts that continue to grace their Thanksgiving tables. Here are those dishes and the heartwarming stories behind them:
